• The values and payment methods will be informed at the time of contracting.

• Failure to pay on the agreed dates may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the service.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Step Up Educational is not responsible for technical problems with the student's internet, equipment or software, nor for losses resulting from failure to comply with the instructions provided.
